Noisettines du Médoc - An artisanal know-how since 1980
Originally, Edith and Michel, then seamstress and cook, decided to settle in this ruined cellar of more than 200 years with their few means to build their family life there. It was then that Michel decided to reinvent an old recipe from 1649 for Edith and after many trials around the hazelnut, a fruit he has always loved, he created Noisettine.
