Easy Home How does it work ?

Thanks to EASY HOME, THE CAMPING PROVIDES YOU WITH A FULLY EQUIPPED ACCOMMODATION OF YOUR CHOICE, new or second-hand for a period of 5 years for a second-hand Mobile home and 7 years for a brand new Mobile Home renewable for one year before the end of the contract.

EASYHOME commitments:

A commitment from the campsite for a contract of 5 to 7 years, with the possibility only for you to stop at any time.

A wide choice of accommodation.

No rent increase for the duration of the contract.

The possibility of changing rental formulas including or not the summer sub-rental (Liberty formula, 4S or 6S*).

EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED: Your mobile home, your terrace, a rental kit, repairs, maintenance, wintering, insurance, tourist tax, a water package of 20 m3 and an electricity package of 1000 kWh.

The stay for you and your loved ones included in the contract*.
