To explore the surrounding area in a different way and discover the heritage and culture of the Médoc, try out the all-terrain electric scooter! Accessible to all, and available for hire directly from the campsite, it’s a fun way to explore forest trails and cycle paths. Rental is available for 4-hour periods or by the day, from 14 years upwards. An original and ecological activity, perfect for discovering Grayan-et-l’Hôpital and the surrounding area effortlessly, while having fun.

Activities for children near the campsite
Grayan-et-l’Hôpital, nestled between pine forests and wild beaches, offers a multitude of activities for your children. Families will find plenty to do at the Parc de l’Aventure de Montalivet, offering tree climbing and outdoor games. There are also many activities for children near Soulac-sur-Mer, including mini-golf, pony rides, mini-train rides, a city park (5 min. walk), bodysurfing at Plage du Gurp, an introduction to fishing and archery!
Activities for the whole family
The Médoc can also be discovered by the whole family: bike rides along the Vélodyssée, local markets, boat trips, picnics on the beach, or visits to wineries to discover the gastronomy and wines of the Médoc.
Nature lovers will enjoy strolling (by bike or on foot) through the unspoilt countryside, while surf enthusiasts can enjoy the waves at Plage du Gurp. Take advantage of local events organized during the summer season: Soulac 1900, the Showbike at Montalivet, the Fête de la mer from the Verdon beaches to the Lacanau beaches or the Médoc Châteaux Marathon.

Between nature, sport and relaxation, these varied activities promise you a lively and convivial holiday in the heart of the Médoc region.
